The roll contains 20 coins equal to $10.00 face value. The roll is shipped in durable square tubes. Millions have been melted down over the years. 1964 was the first year of the Kennedy Half. 1964 was the only year the Kennedy Half was made of 90% silver. Each Roll Contains at least 7.15ozs of pure silver. Obverse designed by Gilroy Roberts, Chief Engraver of the Mint from 1948 to 1964. Reverse designed by Frank Gasparro, who was appointed Chief Engraver in February of 1965. You will receive a hand picked roll from our stock. Not the roll in the photo, which is a stock image.
